Enterprise Dashboard Screenshot – Balanced Scorecard Perspectives – Financial, Customer, Process, Learning & Growth

Filed under: Dashboard Screenshots — dashboardspy @ 8:00 pm

Here is a screenshot of an enterprise dashboard mockup from a couple of year back when Novell decided to concentrate on the solution space. They called this their "exteNd secure enterprise dashboard" – see http://www.novell.com/collateral/4613355/4613355.html. This screenshot shows the main dashboard page which is dominated by the My Balanced Scorecard view. It is divided into the 4 sections of Financial, Customer, Internal Process and Learning & Growth. These 4 portlets have the KPI name, numeric value and the red/green/yellow state. The rest of this dashboard has sales info, a project graphs, alerts and quick links to things like the strategy map.

So what or who is The Dashboard Spy? As his about page states, The Dashboard Spy is just a guy interested in the design of enterprise dashboards. He could not find any executive dashboard design source books (or even screenshots of real business dashboards) and so set about creating his own. Finally convinced to post his extensive collection of dashboard screenshots online, he was amazed to find how popular it has become. If you have a nice screenshot of a digital dashboard, balanced scorecard, or any business intelligence graphic to share, please send an email to info _at_ dashboardspy.com. Also check out The Dashboard Spy's favorite books.
