Here is a screenshot of an application monitoring dashboard from the Pramati Enterprise Dashboard which gives "realtime and trend information on applications, application servers and underlying systems such as CPU and memory. A rich UI provides a wide range of bar charts, line graphs, plots, dials and name-value pairs. You can also print out a point-in-time tabulated report. Information can be called up for current time, last hour, days, weeks, months and years."
