Project Management Dashboard to measure project progression and monitor status

Filed under: Dashboard Screenshots — dashboardspy @ 6:30 pm

Do you know your top 5 project management issues? This project management dashboard at TSI shows issues, project managers, departments, lessons learned, budget and schedule. As the site explains: “organization executives and other key stakeholders have consistently described the same general “wish list” regarding project performance:
Capability: people who are good at managing and working on projects
Consistency: The ability to be good all (or most of) the time
Predictability: The ability to initiate an important project with the knowledge and confidence that it will be successful
Visibility: the ability to see not only what’s happened in the past, but also what’s going on now and what’s likely to happen in the future.
Sustainability: the ability to create a project performance system that can be sustained over the long haul with minimal management intervention.

So what or who is The Dashboard Spy? As his about page states, The Dashboard Spy is just a guy interested in the design of business dashboards. He could not find any executive dashboard design source books and so set about creating his own. Finally convinced to post his extensive collection of dashboard screenshots online, he was amazed to find how popular it has become. If you have a nice screenshot to share, please send an email to info _at_ Also check out The Dashboard Spy’s favorite books.
